Merry mince pie!

Red wine, off-beer and mince pies on the last day at LCC. The pies tasted so much more exciting if you had one from the multi-coloured spinning jesus display on the floor. Yummy yes.

Katy Horan

Katy Horan is such a big inspiration. Look at her delicate brush strokes and the precision of these. Gouache on paper - better try that out.

Utopia

Isabelle & I live in Utopia. Now we have heating on a 24-hour basis, which is why my hands haven't gone numb at this point. This flat is such a beautiful place to be. We are very lucky don't you think?

21 birthday cupcakes

I have amazing friends.

The Factory

A stop-motion animation produced as my first individual project on the Graphic & Media Design course at London College of Communication! It is a visual comment to a tailoring factory / sweat shop in East London. Definitely worth the 11 hours of backache I would say. The trippy music is by the genious Bjørn Torske in case you're wondering.

Graph Paper & Cut-outs

Stuff from April 2009, made prior to handing in my Final Major Project.

Visual diary

A few bits from my visual diary I kept in my Foundation year at Chelsea College last year. Oh the times.

Patience

Our flat is freezing cold. Even though there are so many things to look forward to in winter I still can't get lazy summer evenings and swimming in the lakes of North Zealand out of my head.

Work for Sessún

Here are the 16 embroideries currently exhibited and sold in the Sessún boutique in Paris. I have assisted the amazing Carolina Melis for this project and now we are working on a new butterfly display for the shop in Marseille. It's sooooo exciting! So in case you're wandering around the streets of Paris stop by 34 Rue de Charonne to have a look at them!

HELLO

A fairly vague blog has managed to put itself together. Hopefully it will look much improved when I've been doing this for more than a few hours. Until later my friends.
